If you have not used them, you can have your money back within 14 days of the purchase, for any reason. Email us at support@mashlab.app and we will refund the whole payment.
A credit is spent the moment it buys a piece of writing or a translation, and that work has already been done and paid for on our side. Spent credits are not refundable.
Where a purchase is partly used, a partial refund returns the unspent share, and the matching credits are removed from your balance. If you have spent more than you are refunded, your balance can go below zero — nothing is charged for that, but you will need to top up before the AI features work again.
If a generation or translation fails, the credits are returned automatically — you do not need to ask, and there is nothing to claim. If credits were taken and you did not get the work, that is a bug: tell us at support@mashlab.app and we will put them back.
Payments are handled by Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record and the seller on your receipt. You can request a refund through Paddle directly, or email us and we will start it for you. Paddle issues the money to your original payment method.
Nothing here reduces any right you have by law. If your local consumer law gives you a stronger right to a refund than this page does, that law applies.
